Byoung-ryol Lee, CEO of BTN was awarded the Ministerial Citation by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups at the Chungnam Venture Personality Competition.  Mr. Lee has 25 years of experience in the bio-healthcare field and is the CEO of BITIEN, which has developed an ultra-small mineral complex with immune-boosting activity.

A tenant of Pangyo Entrepreneurship Zone, BTN has recently completed clinical trials for measuring vaccine antibody formation rate and is in the process of applying for animal drug approval.

Through its patented technology, the company has developed and marketed various health foods, including calcium-fortified seaweed, high mineral eggs, marine feed additives, livestock feed additives, and human medicines.

"With this recognition, the responsibility for contagious disease prevention has become heavier," said Lee Byoung-ryol, CEO of the company. "Through the approval of new drugs, we will surely fulfill the vision of achieving a clean zone for livestock diseases, which is a current issue in Korea, and not only that, but we will also successfully complete the ongoing development of human medicines to fulfill the dream of a world without contagious diseases."
