The differentiated technology of the 'pig smart management system' being developed by Libin AI and BTN is expected to bring about a major change to pig farmers not only in Chungnam but also nationwide.
According to Chungnam TP on the 11th, the two companies revealed that the smart management system was developed through the SW service commercialization support project and is being tested at some farms.
The features that make the 'pig smart management system' different from other companies' systems are that it specializes in preventing diseases through heat and weight analysis using AI image deep learning, evaluating growth rates for each individual, and quickly diagnosing and prescribing quarantine measures in case of abnormal pigs.
It also focuses on improving feeding, immunity, and productivity with BTN's IB-100 product when individuals in need of nutritional management are found.
Ltd. aims to minimize the occurrence of abnormal pigs through AI data deep learning learning by storing the current value of the farm and the pig data collected in real time from the camera attached to the pig farm in the integrated server through the establishment of AI machine vision process.
Ltd. is collecting classification-specific characteristics and breeding data on non-pregnant sows, pregnant sows, piglets, breastfeeding pigs, and nursery pigs to facilitate the distribution of appropriate drugs through the use of algorithms.
An official from both companies said, "The system we are currently developing will improve farm competitiveness and lead to future growth industries through optimization of input factors such as reducing labor and energy used." "If there is more freedom in time and space for livestock farming work, the quality of life of farmers can be improved and additional returning farmers can be attracted."
Meanwhile, regional SW service commercialization support is being carried out through the collaboration of Chungnam TP and local companies with the support of the Ministry of Science and ICT (Information and Communication Industry Promotion Agency) and Chungcheongnam-do.
